Great for families! The apartment was cozy, with excellent heating and satellite TV. There were many channels and movies to choose from for family fun after a day in the snow. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook and store meals. The location was perfect - close to slopes and walks. Bus stops and restaurants were nearby too. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh items to choose from.
The towels were rough and the corridor and bedroom carpets were in need of a good wash. The pillows were not comfortable, and the bathroom lighting could be improved.

We loved staying at this hotel! It was perfect for families and had an amazing location in the mountains close to the slopes and ski areas. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the free parking and easy transportation to nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel had everything I needed for my business trip. the first thing I enjoyed was the amazing breakfast, with a lot of choices of food, especially the fresh-baked bread. the other benefit was the fantastic location, close to the bus stop and not far from the city center. I appreciate the friendly staff, they were very helpful, and they always had a smile on their faces.
The lack of Wi-Fi in the room. This made it difficult to stay connected with my colleagues and clients.

We stayed in a hotel in the mountain area, this helped us stay close to the touristy area as well as the slopes and Winterberg's ski areas. the room was large, tidy and the bed was comfortable. the service exceeded our expectations, the welcoming staff helped us with our queries and needs on the property. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast in the morning, with a range of freshly prepared items to choose from. the view outside was breathtaking, with the snow-capped mountains in the distance.
The hotel's bathroom had poor lighting, which made it difficult to shower and get ready in the morning.
